Biography

Barrister Chinedum Nwabueze Onuoha is a distinguished legal practitioner with over three decades of experience in corporate commercial law. He holds the distinction of being the pioneer Company Secretary and Legal Adviser of Novel Microfinance Bank, serving in this capacity from the bank's inception.

Called to the Bar in December 1991 and enrolled at the Supreme Court of Nigeria the same month, he has maintained an active legal practice, appearing in and out of Courts throughout his distinguished career while providing invaluable corporate legal guidance to the bank.
